Vintage 10K Lab Created Sapphire Diamond Necklace. This lab-created pink sapphire heart is the star of this necklace. The heart is set in a three prong basket mounting below a swirl of white gold that has two bead set single cut diamonds. The delicate pendant measures approximately 5/16 X 3/4 inch and has an integrated bale. Made of 10K white gold, the swirl pendant is suspended from a 16" long drawn rope chain of 10K white gold finished with spring ring.

STONES: One Heart Shaped Lab-Created Pink Sapphire weighing approximately 1 Ct and two single cut natural diamonds with combined total weight of .02 CT
HALLMARK: 10K with unknown maker's mark on pendant and spring ring
CONDITION: Good vintage condition, with minor surface wear and no damage noted. Previously owned and worn.
MEASUREMENT: 5/16" X 3/4" pendant and 16" long chain
WEIGHT: 1.6 gram

sweet and cute necklace vintage feels good but comes really expensive or not as shown this was even better than pictured i put it on and it feels like me embodied in a special way that way more affordable and stunning than anything i’ve found on etsy ! thank you for making a girl feel whimsical and stunning in my everyday life!
