Vintage 10K Lab Created Sapphire Diamond Necklace. This lab-created pink sapphire heart is the star of this necklace. The heart is set in a three prong basket mounting below a swirl of white gold that has two bead set single cut diamonds. The delicate pendant measures approximately 5/16 X 3/4 inch and has an integrated bale. Made of 10K white gold, the swirl pendant is suspended from a 16" long drawn rope chain of 10K white gold finished with spring ring.
