Vintage 10K Lab Created Yellow Sapphire Ring. Made in the 1960s, this ring features a round lab-created yellow sapphire set in a four prong low mounting atop a bypass twist yellow gold shank. The size 5 1/4 ring is in good vintage condition, with minor surface wear, some facet abrasions to the stone, and evidence of a previous sizing.
