Vintage 10K Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Music Fraternity Pin. Triangular 10K yellow gold pin has decoration of black enamel, seed pearls, and lab created rubies. Finished with roll over safety and engraved L.M.T. Beta Lambda 5-27-51 on reverse.
