Vintage 14K White Gold Diamond M Initial Pendant Necklace. This beautiful personalized pendant necklace is a heavy solid 14K white gold letter M with 16 bead set full cut diamonds. Finished with milgrain detail. The pendant has an internal bale and is suspended from an 18" 14K white gold rolo chain. Marked 14K, the piece is in very good condition, with no damage noted.
