Vintage 14K Gold Enhanced Colorful Surface Treated Topaz Chrome Diopside Diamond Ring. What a statement! This ring features a 13 CT oval faceted white topaz with colorful surface treatment. This peacock colored stone is created by coating a colorless or white topaz gemstone with a thin layer of titanium in a process called chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The stone sits atop a very high gallery set with four oval faceted chrome diopside stones. The piece is further accented with two single cut diamonds bead set in the shoulders. The size 6 ring is in very good vintage condition with minimal surface wear.

STONES: One Oval Faceted Surface Treated Clear Topaz, 13 CT. Four Oval Faceted Green Chrome Diopside Stones, 3 CT TW. And two bead set single cut diamonds in shoulders, .04 CT TW. All stone weights estimated by measurement. Please Note: The treatment that produces the beautiful colors on this topaz is a surface treatment created by coating a colorless or white topaz gemstone with a thin layer of titanium in a process called chemical vapor deposition (CVD). For that reason, care should be taken in wearing and cleaning this ring and any other jewelry with the same stone.

HALLMARK/HISTORY: 14K SF

MEASUREMENTS: Head measures 15.5 mm x 20 mm. Shank is approximately 3 mm wide at the reverse. The top of the stone sits 9 mm above the finger.

WEIGHT: 6.8 grams

CONDITION: Very Good vintage condition, with expected minor surface wear. Previously owned and worn.
