Victorian Black Matte Enamel Mourning Brooch. Made in the 1880s or 1890s, this pretty mourning brooch features a pinwheel of four scrolled arms with a black bed in center. Thick matte black enamel decorates this gold filled piece that is finished with tube hinge pin and C clasp. In fair antique condition with some edge chips to the vitrous enamel.
