Vintage 800 Silver Cameo Ring Size 8 3/4. This beautiful vintage ring has a lovely lady cameo of hand carved shell atop a slightly raised solid gallery with engraved bezel and shoulders. The cameo is set with four prongs and is in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks, or excessive wear. The ring is a size 8.75. What a classic and elegant ring!
