Large Vintage Heart Pendant of Rose and Yellow 10K Gold Filled Gray Mother of Pearl Blue Glass on 18 Inch Chain. This beautiful, large heart pendant feature an oval of gray mother of pearl set with a blue glass stone in a flower. The mother of pearl is set in a dog tooth edge bezel, which is framed with a heart of yellow gold fill accented by three rose gold fill flowers. The pendant is suspended from am 18 inch 10K yellow gold chain with spring ring clasp.
