Vintage Enhanced Blue Topaz 14K Yellow Gold Heart Earrings. Each pierced earring features one heart faceted blue topaz set in a bezel mounting with secure prongs on reverse. The stones are set atop a hollow backed puffy gold heart. The stones have a combined total weight of 1 CT and are a beautiful blue hue. A lovely gift for anyone born in December. The earrings are marked 14K on both the post and backs.
