Vintage Turquoise Sterling Ring, Vintage Silver Needlepoint Turquoise Ring, Bell Trading Post Ring New Old Stock Size 8.25, Vintage Jewelry
Lady's Vintage Needlepoint Turquoise and Sterling Silver 5 Stone Band Ring by Bell Trading Post. Made in the 1960s for the tourist trade, this band features five extremely elongated cabochons of turquoise set in dog tooth bezels arranged diagonally and stamped accents on the shoulders. Made by Bell Trading Company, the ring has the Bell signpost mark on the inside of the band. Size 8 1/4.
The ring measures approximately 18.8 mm wide at the front and tapers to 2.8 mm at the reverse. In Good Vintage Condition. The ring appears to have been previously resized.
ERA: Mid Century, 1960s
METAL/MATERIALS: Sterling Silver, Turquoise
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: Sterling with the Bell Trading Post arrow sign post mark on inside of shank. Bell Trading of Albuquerque, NM used this mark from about 1961 until their close in 1968.
CONDITION: In good vintage condition with some patina and evidence of resizing in the past. Previously owned and worn.
WEIGHT: 3 grams
MEASUREMENTS: 18.8 mm wide at the front, tapering to 3.2 mm at the reverse.
