Antique Edwardian 14K and Round Faceted White Sapphire Stick Pin. This beautiful cravat pin has a small white sapphire set in six prongs in a buttercup mounting with scalloped petals. White sapphires were frequently used as diamond substitutes in the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
