This modern ring was made circa 1980 and features an oval black onyx stone set east-west in a plain bezel and accented with a .01 CT single cut diamond set in a square white gold illusion head with milgrain detail The ring is a size 11.5 and weighs 4.6 grams total. It is in very good vintage condition, having just been refurbished and polished
