Vintage Sterling Silver Turquoise Cabochon Ring Size 4.75. This vintage handmade sterling silver ring features a rectangular cabochon of bright blue turquoise bezel set with one dew drop on each shoulder. The ring is in good vintage condition, with a tight crack in one edge of the stone. This would make a lovely pinky or midi ring.
