Antique Round Locket with Plain Finish and Hand Engraved Monogram on beaded chain. Lockets are the perfect way to hold precious photos of tokens close to your heart. They make a wonderful romantic gift, but are also fun to collect and wear in layers! Made about 1900, this round vintage locket is ready for your pictures or keepsakes. Engraved with initials that appear to be LM or SM. The locket measures 1 1/8 in diameter and is hinged at the bottom, opening from the top. It is suspended from a 19.5 inch gold filled 3.6 mm beaded chain finished with a tube clasp. In very good vintage condition, with the surface wear and small dents expected of a piece of this age. Interior in very good condition with photo frames and celluloid covers present, as well as original photos of handsome couple. The clasp and hinge are in good working condition.
