World War II Era 1940s Vintage Sterling Silver Charm Bracelet. Collected in the 1940s, this curb chain bracelet has some very special charms, with 20 moveable or mechanical charms an only 2 stationary charms. Some of these charms are very rarely seen! The bracelet is 7 1/2 inches long, 1/8 inch wide, with the longest charm (hula dancer) measuring 1 inch long. The bracelet is finished with a sister hook. All charms are marked or test as sterling silver.
The charms are:
- Rotary Telephone with moving dial that reads "I Love you"
- Fire Engine Truck with moveable wheels and ladder that lifts with little lever
- Push Lawn Mower with spinning blades
- Hula Dancer with shaking hips
- Trash Can that opens to a spring-loaded little fellow that pops up
- Wine Bottle with cork attached by tiny chain
- Lighthouse (?) with spiral staircase
- Pair of dangling Puffy Hearts
- Pocket Knife with Opening Blades
- Mailbox with door that opens
- Egg Beater with blades that spin
- Cowboy Boot with spinning spur
- Stop Light with remnants of red and green cold paint
- Stork with dangling baby
- Scissors that open
- Merry Go Round with animals with cold paint remnants
- High Chair with raising tray
- Ball and Chain
- Dragline Excavator with moveable cabin and bucket or scoop
- Toilet that opens
- Ice Tongs with spinning lucite ice block

The bracelet is 7 1/2 inches long, 1/8 inch wide, and weighs 42.5 grams. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with wear and warm patina appropriate to age.
