Victorian Staurolite Cross Pendant Necklace. This pendant likely began life as a watch fob for a pocket watch chain. It is made of a staurolite stone cross with gold filled caps and mounting. Staurolite is a mineral that can actually form in cross shapes that are also called Fairy Crosses. This stone naturally formed in this cross shape and was not carved! The pendant is currently suspended from a 15 inch long drawn chain with spring ring closure. In very good vintage condition with no damage noted.

HALLMARK: Cross is unmarked. Fittings test as 14K Gold Filled. Chain is marked Amerik FBM.
MEASUREMENTS: 1 3/8 inches long (including bale), 5/8 inch wide
CONDITION: Very good antique condition, with no damage noted. Previously owned and worn.
