Vintage 14K Lab-Created Emerald and Diamond V Necklace. This 1980s beauty features a pear shaped lab created emerald prong set with a halo of 11 prong set round brilliant cut diamonds. This pendant is suspended from a fancy chain accented with thirteen round brilliant cut diamonds prong set on individual links at the V of a fancy link chain.
