Antique Stieff Sterling Silver Floral Repousse Bar Pin. This pretty little pin is made in a Baltimore repousse pattern by the Stieff Company. The deeply embossed/chased pattern has become known as "Baltimore Style" and is fun to collect, as several repousse patterns were made by both Stieff (first repousse pattern introduced in 1828) and other Baltimore silver companies such as S. Kirk & Son created numerous similar floral repoussé patterns. The dainty pin measures 1 1/4 inch X 5/16 inch and is finished with a C clasp. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with a lovely patina and no damage noted.
