Vintage 14K White Gold Lab Created Blue Spinel and White Topaz Ring. This elegant ring features a large rectangular scissor cut pale blue lab created spinel set in four prongs. The spinel is flanked by two baguette cut white topazes on each shoulder. Milgrain edges to the bezels add extra detail. The size 6 3/4 ring is in very good vintage condition, with some facet abrasions. Professionally checked, cleaned, and polished.
