Vintage Avon Sterling Silver Heart Bypass Adjustable Ring. This ring imitates the spoon handle rings that were first popular in the 1970s. Dating from that decade, this fun adjustable ring features embossed hearts and flowers that wrap around your finger. Currently a size 8 1/2, but can be adjusted to fit. The ring is in very good vintage condition with wear appropriate to age.
