Beautiful vintage hand carved shell cameo brooch of a lady with upswept hair. The oval hand carved cameo is set with four prongs in a gold tone filigree frame. Finished with an attached pin mechanism with roll over safety clasp. The brooch is in very good vintage condition with no damage noted.
