1980s Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Ruby Stud Earrings. Made in the 1980s, these vintage earrings feature round faceted rubies set in four prong basket mountings of 14K yellow gold on posts with butterfly backs. The rubies have been treated with lead filled glass, which was a common treatment in the 1980s. The earrings are in very good vintage condition with no damage noted.
