Vintage 10K Yellow Gold Lab Created Ruby Diamond Heart Stud Earrings. These fun retro earrings are made of 10 karat yellow gold set with heart shaped created rubies and single cut diamonds, finished with post and butterfly backs. These earrings are in very good vintage condition and seem to have been worn very little.
