Vintage 10K Yellow Gold Ring with Light Blue Lab Created Star Sapphire. This elegantly simple ring features one round cabochon light blue created star sapphire set atop a basket mounting with four prongs, at the compass points. The shank has tapered angular shoulders. The created sapphire has a beautiful six rayed star. The size 6 ring is in very good vintage condition, with no damage noted.
