Vintage Sterling Vermeil Enhanced Ruby Open Heart Pendant. Made in the 1980s, this necklace features a pendant with eleven channel set lead glass filled rubies outlining the heart and one prong set ruby accenting the bale. The pendant is suspended from an 18" box chain. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with minor surface wear and no damage noted.

METAL/MATERIAL: Vermeil, 10K Yellow Gold on 925 Sterling Silver
STONES: Twelve (12) round faceted lead glass filled rubies with total weight of approximately 1 CT TW
HALLMARK/HISTORY: 925 and unknown maker's mark on reverse of heart and Italy 925 on chain
MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 11/16 X 15/16" and is suspended from an 18" chain
WEIGHT: 7 grams
Condition: Very Good vintage condition, with no damage noted. Previously owned and worn.
