Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Oval Heat Treated Ruby and Diamond Accent Ring. Made in the 1980s, this ring features one prong set ruby atop a raised gallery and two round brilliant cut prong set accent diamonds. This ring has a knot twist design and a split shank. The 585 hallmark indicates the ring was made in Europe. In very good vintage condition, with very minor surface scratches.
ERA: Retro, 1980s
METAL/MATERIALS: 14K Yellow Gold, Oval Faceted Heat Treated Ruby, and Two Round Brilliant Cut Natural Diamonds. The ruby is approximately .33 CT and the diamonds have a combined weight of approximately .07 CT TW
HALLMARKS/HISTORY: 585 (for 14K) HGB
CONDITION: In very good vintage condition, with very minor surface scratches and no other damage noted. Previously owned and worn.
MEASUREMENTS: 9.5 mm wide at the head, tapering to 1/9 mm at reverse of shank and sits 6 mm above the finger.
