Vintage Lab Created Ruby 10K Gold Ring. Made in the 1980s, this tapered ring features one marquise faceted lab created pinkish ruby set in four prongs, accented with textured white gold on each side of the stone. The size 9 ring is in very good vintage condition, with no damage noted.
