Vintage Cushion Shape Buff Top Heat Treated Citrine Quarts and Diamond Halo 14K Ring. An enhanced buff top citrine with deep topaz color is set with four prongs and surrounded by 28 round brilliant cut diamonds. The shoulders of the ring are further accented with 12 round brilliant cut diamonds. The head of the ring sits atop a pierced decorative gallery. The size 6 1/2 ring is in very good vintage condition with no damage noted.
