Vintage Princess Cut Faceted Lab Created Sapphire 10K Yellow Gold Stud Earrings. Made in the 1980s, these vintage earrings each feature a .50 Ct CT princess cut created blue sapphire prong set in a mounting with post and butterfly backs. The earrings are in very good vintage condition with no damage noted.
