Antique Edwardian 18K White Gold .05 CT Diamond Filigree Ring Size 4.75. This antique filigree ring has been much-loved! One round diamond is dead set atop a octagonal domed head accented by beautiful filigree. Some detail to the original engraving has been lost to wear over the decades.
