Vintage Lab Created Star Sapphire and Diamond 14K White Gold Ring. This beautiful ring features one round cabochon lab created star sapphire in brilliant blue, set in four prongs flanked by four prong set single cut natural diamonds. The created sapphire has a beautiful six rayed star. The size 6 1/2 ring is in very good vintage condition, with no damage noted.
