Dainty Vintage Lab Created Blue Star Sapphire and Diamond Pendant. One oval cabochon of blue lab created star sapphire with distinct six rayed star is prong set in a 14K white gold modernist pendant mounting topped with a single cut diamond. The pendant is finished with an integrated bale and is marked 14K with the KB maker's mark of Karlan & Bleicher. Excellent Vintage Condition with no damage noted.
