Vintage Natural Star Ruby 14K Ring. One oval cabochon natural star ruby is set in a four prong head surrounded by sixteen single cut diamonds set in white gold prongs. The Star Ruby has a purplish hue, weighs approximately 2.25 CT, and has a diffuse six rayed star. All stones are set atop a raised gallery on a 14K yellow gold shank. It is a size 7. In very good vintage condition, with no damage noted.
