Vintage Lab Created Purplish Red Star Ruby and Diamond 10K Gold Ring. One oval cabochon lab created star sapphire in deep purple/red is set in a four prong raised head flanked by two prong set single cut natural diamonds. There is a clear six rayed white star in the stone. The size 7 3/4 ring is in very good vintage condition, with no damage noted.
