Dainty Vintage Lab Created Blue Star Sapphire and Diamond Swirl Pendant. One round cabochon of blue lab created star sapphire with distinct six rayed star is set with bezel and single prong in a 14K white gold modernist swirl pendant mounting accented with two prong set single cut diamonds. The pendant is finished with an integrated bale. Excellent Vintage Condition with no damage noted.
