Antique Victorian Limoges Pate sur Pate Cobalt Blue Cameo Brooch. Made in Limoges France about 1900, this striking cameo brooch features a beautifully detailed bust of a lady with updo and crown of roses depicted in white on cobalt blue ground. The oval porcelain cameo is set in a plain gold tone bezel with twisted frame. Measures 1 7/8" X 1 7/16". The piece is finished with pin stem with tube style C clasp.
