Vintage Lab Created Yellow Star Sapphire and Diamond Accent 14K Ring. This dainty ring features one round cabochon created yellow star sapphire accented by three open leaves and one small single cut diamond. Both stones are prong set atop a 14K shank. The sapphire weighs approximately .80 CT and the diamond weighs approximately .02 CT. The size 7 1/2 ring is in very good vintage condition, with no damage noted.
