Antique Diamond Engagement Ring in Yellow and White Gold with Heart and Scallop Decoration. Made about 1930, this engagement ring features one round brilliant cut natural diamond set in a white gold four prong illusion head mounting flanked by two single cut diamonds set in white gold hearts. The ring is further decorated with scalloped edge openwork.
