Vintage Crown Trifari Drum Majorette Scepter with Articulated Tassels Brooch. This fun gold tone pin designed by Alfred Phillipe features a drum major baton with two attached tassels that move and are also articulated with moving tassels. The pin measures approximately 3 3/8 X 1 1/4 inches. It is in Very Good Vintage Condition with no damage noted. Featured in Warman's Costume Jewelry book by the Pamela Wiggins, page 193.
