Vintage Blue Tiered Brooch with Cobalt Cabochons and Blue Rhinestones. Made in the 1960s, this round flower cluster brooch features multiple layers of stones including large oval cobalt blue plastic cabochons, smoky blue-green foil backed marquise rhinestones, and one round capri blue rhinestone. The brooch is made of swedged construction with riveted components and is finished with an attached single point V pin assembly with pin stem with no pin stop and roll over safety clasp. The brooch is in Very Good Vintage Condition, with no damage noted.
