Vintage .50 CT Diamond Solitaire 14K Yellow Gold Engagement Ring. Made about 1970, this elegant ring features a single Round Brilliant Cut .50 CT Natural Diamond, prong set in a white gold six prong low head. Set on 14K yellow gold band. The diamond has a clarity of I1 and a color of G-H. The ring is a size 5 1/2 and is in Very Good Vintage Condition with only minor surface wear noted. The ring is stamped 14K and with an asterisk maker's mark.

STONE: .50 Carat Round Brilliant Cut Diamond, natural and untreated

DIAMOND CLARITY: I1

DIAMOND COLOR: G - H

HALLMARKS/HISTORY: 14K with unknown maker's mark of asterisk

CONDITION: Very Good Vintage Condition, with surface wear consistent with age.

MEASUREMENTS: The head is approximately 6.4 mm in diameter and the shank tapers to 1.2 mm at the reverse of the shank.
