Vintage 10K Lab Created Ruby and Diamond Ring. Made in the 1970s, this ring features a prong set .10 CT round brilliant cut diamond and two round faceted lab created rubies. all stones are set in eight prongs atop an oval plaque. The ring is a size 4.5 and weighs 3.6 grams. In good vintage condition with surface wear and facet abrasions to the lab created rubies. This ring may be an employee service award, as it has unidentified logos on both shoulders.
