Vintage Royal Blue and Clear Rhinestone Brooch. This brilliant blue brooch features large oval royal blue rhinestones topped by a gold tone filigree form set with fleurettes of blue and clear rhinestones. The pin is made in swedge construction and finished with a textured, scallop-edged back plate and attached v pin mechanism with roll over safety clasp.
