Vintage Topaz and Pastel Rhinestone Starburst Brooch. Made in the 1960s with swedge construction and solid back plate, this sparkling brooch features three tiers of prong set rhinestones. The center large topaz colored round rhinestone surrounded by six matching emerald cut rhinestones. There are also smaller round blue, green, lavender, yellow, and light topaz stones. As you can see from the photo, the green stones glow under UV light. Finished with an attached pin assembly with pin with no pin stop and roll over safety clasp, the brooch is in Very Good Vintage Condition, with no damage noted.
