Vintage 10K Yellow Gold Lab-Created Emerald and Diamond Halo Bypass Ring. Made in the 1980s, this ring features one marquise cut lab created emerald prong set, along with eight single cut diamonds in white gold heads, all atop a raised gallery in a bypass shank. The ring measures 9.2 mm wide at the head, which stands 7.5 mm high. Shank tapers to 2.6 mm at the reverse. The ring is a size 6.5. In very good vintage condition, with very minor surface scratches and some facet abrasions to the lab created emerald.
