Vintage Sterling Silver Blue Topaz Diamond Filigree Ring. This elegant Edwardian style ring features four shaped treated blue topaz stones prong set in a filigree mounting with one .01 CT diamond prong set in the center. The ring is stamped 925 CNA Thailand on the inner shank. It is a size 7 and it is in very good vintage condition with minor wear, but no damage.
