Vintage Natural Diamond Bypass Ring 10K Yellow Gold. Made about 1980, this is a beautiful promise or sweetheart ring featuring one Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds set in a four prong head in a 10K bypass mounting. Size 3.75 The ring is marked 10KSR on inside of shank.
The diamond weighs approximately .02 CT, as estimated by measurement.
