Vintage Natural Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring. Made in the 1950s, this is a beautiful engagement ring featuring one Round Brilliant Cut Diamond set in a four prong white gold illusion head atop a 14K yellow gold shank. The ring is marked M 14K. The diamond weighs approximately .09 CT, as estimated by measurement. It has clarity of 13 and color of G-H.
