Vintage Elgin American Flapjack Engraved Flower Compact. Oversized at 4 1/4 inches in diameter, this gold tone compact has a satin finish and beautiful scroll and flower engraved decoration. Made in the 1940s by Elgin American, this vintage compact was never used and still has the original powder puff and powder sift, as well as a reorder form for both. Marked Elgin American Made in U.S.A. on inner bezel. In Very Good Vintage Condition, with minor scuff marks on front and back.
