Vintage 14K White Gold Lab Created Ruby Emerald Knot Ring. This Mid Century love knot ring is set with three lab created emeralds and twelve lab created rubies, all prong set in 14K white gold. It is a size 6, is stamped 14K on the inside of the shank, and was made in the 1950s. In very good vintage condition, with very minor surface scratches, and no damage of any sort noted.
